    • VH1's "Hit the Floor" Goes Inside the Scandalous World of Professional Basketball

Piotr Sikora/VH1(NEW YORK) -- Hit the Floor is VH1's new sexy and scandalous drama centered on the Los Angeles Devil Girls, a fictional professional basketball dance team, and what goes on inside the big arena.

And a lot goes on as the team captain deals with a new crop of girls coming to steal the spotlight, while veteran dancers deal with the consequences of fraternizing with the players, a big no no for dancers that seems all too common with the Devils.

Dean Cain stars as Coach Pete Davenport, a former All-Star who comes back to coach the team.

Cain says the show portrays some things that really happen in the world of professional sports.

"Obviously we over-dramatize some of things in the show, but a lot of the things that we do, you'd say, 'Oh! That's over-dramatized! And the reality is some of it's under dramatized to what really happens," he tells ABC News Radio. "There's just some crazy stuff [that happens] with that kind of money, that kind of wealth and that kind of fame."

"It's professional basketball where there is a lot of money, a lot of scandal, a lot of gorgeous young people and all the stuff that surrounds that," Cain adds.

Taylour Paige plays Ahsha, a naive young dancer who auditions and joins the team against her mother Sloane's wishes. Paige, who danced with the Los Angeles Laker Girls for three months, says Hit the Floor is a much more salacious version of life than when she danced professionally.

"It's a fictional show and it's obviously a lot more dramatic onscreen than off," the 23-year-old tells ABC News Radio. "A lot of the things that happen in the show, I don't think would be tolerated."

Kimberly Elise plays Paige's mother, a former professional dancer who could write the book on what not to do in that world. The Diary of a Mad Black Woman actress says she's happy to finally show a lighter side of herself onscreen.

"I've done a lot of you know super heavy things," Elise, 46, explains. "I wanted to do something that was different, sort of go back to my roots of doing some funny things, some sexy things and some dramatic things."

Cain says viewers can expect billionaire Mark Cuban, who owns the Dallas Mavericks and stars on ABC's Shark Tank, to make an appearance on the Hit the Floor, along with rapper Akon, model Eva Marcille and Grammy award-nominated singer Kevin McCall.

The season premiere of Hit the Floor airs Monday, May 27 at 9 p.m. Eastern time on VH1.

    • Lego Builds Life-Size “Star Wars” Spaceship

Lego/Facebook(NEW YORK) -- At nearly 46 thousand pounds, LEGO has landed a record breaking tribute to Star Wars in the middle of New York City.

More than 30 builders from the toy company spent nearly four months building a life-sized version of the X-Wing fighter piloted by Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy. With the exact specs of what the fighter would be in real life, the model is 43 feet long, 11 feet high, and boasts a wingspan of 46 feet, and features glowing engines and thruster sounds from the films.

While LEGO's normal-sized X-Wing toy is 560 pieces, it took more than 5.3 million bricks attached to a steel superstructure to create this super-sized version, which was built in the Lego Model Shop in Kladno, Czech Republic. The ship was transported to the Big Apple, where it was reassembled and officially unveiled Thursday, complete with Star Wars costumers adding to the ambiance.

The model will stay in Times Square for a few days, before it’s packed up again and transported to LEGO Land in California.

    • New Episodes of “Arrested Development” Coming to Netflix This Sunday

Neilson Barnard/Getty Images for The New Yorker(NEW YORK) -- At long last, Arrested Development is back. Seven years after the cult comedy was cancelled by Fox, Netflix will launch a fourth season this Sunday.

The 15 new episodes, which will be made available all at once, will catch up with the dysfunctional Bluth  family. All of the original cast members will reprise their roles, including Michael Cera, who plays George-Michael Bluth, the reserved son of Jason Bateman's Michael Bluth who has a crush on his cousin.

The show will pick up in 2013 -- not in 2006, when it was cancelled.

“They're basically living in today, now,” Cera explains. “And we sort of go back and catch up from where they left off. You kind of run through the past six years with all of them, bring everyone up to speed, and then the story kind of begins, goes from there.”

Though the 24-year-old Cera now has a successful movie career, having starred in Juno, Superbad, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and other comedies, he's been open to an Arrested Development reunion since the show was taken off the air.

Cera tells ABC News Radio, "It was easy to say yes for six years and just keep wondering when it was gonna actually come true. You say yes, and then a year goes by and you figure, oh, that wasn't real, and people keep asking about it, and then I didn't believe it was going to happen until we actually were shooting."

Cera likes the fact that Arrested Development fans can watch the new season in only a couple of sittings. He says, "I watch things that way....There's such a blizzard of things to watch now, everyone's kind of just picking and choosing what they see, and the viewing experience has become kind of more individual, I think."

    • Amanda Bynes Arrested on Marijuana Charge in New York City

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Former child star Amanda Bynes was arrested on Thursday evening in New York City, police confirmed to ABC News.

Bynes, 27, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of marijuana, NYPD spokesman Det. Brian Sessa told ABC News.

“There was a 911 call at her apartment building that someone was smoking marijuana in the lobby,” Sessa said, adding that once police arrived, a building official took them upstairs to her apartment and Bynes let them inside.

“There was a heavy smell of marijuana,” Sessa said. “[Then] she took the bong and threw it out the window.”

Bynes is still in police custody, according to Sessa.

Bynes, who has previously been charged with DUI, has displayed erratic behavior recently, tweeting provocative photos of herself and dramatically changing her look. However, just last fall, the actress told People magazine that she was “doing amazing,” and planning to launch a fashion line.

Messages for Bynes’ attorney have not been returned.

    • Movie Review: "The Hangover Part III"

Warner Bros.(NEW YORK) -- With The Hangover Part III, director and co-writer Todd Phillips breaks with the format of the previous two films, in that the particular mess in which the Wolfpack finds itself isn't the result of a bachelor party gone wrong.

Instead, after a hilarious intervention that probably would’ve been even funnier had parts of it not been included in the trailer, Bradley Cooper’s Phil, Ed Helms’s Stu and Justin Bartha’s Doug have decided to drive Alan, again played by Zach Galifianakis, to a mental health facility in Arizona. The intervention is needed after Alan, who's gone off his meds, has a series of somewhat hilarious missteps over the previous six months.  One of those major missteps is a particularly twisted visual (a Phillips specialty) that's one of the movie’s darkest and funniest moments. But for Alan, the final nail in the coffin, if you will, is when his father, Sid (Jeffrey Tambor) dies.

Even so, it’s not the intervention that sets the wheels in motion here. It's actually something that transpired in the first Hangover movie.  That particular thing is why bad guy Marshall, played by John Goodman, has been following the Wolfpack and decides to run them off the road on their way to Arizona and take Doug hostage.  It all comes back to Ken Jeong’s Chow, who stole a lot of gold from Marshall, who in turn threatens to kill Doug unless the Wolfpack delivers Chow.

Chow is problematic this time around. In the first movie, he’s a brilliant character -- he shows up out of nowhere and when he’s on screen, he owns the moment. Too much Chow, however, dilutes his effectiveness. That's not a knock on the brilliant Ken Jeong who, quite literally, puts it all out there in the name of comedy.  Sometimes it works and works well but as was also the case with The Hangover Part II, there’s too much of him in this movie.  Not to say he doesn’t have his moments, but less Chow actually means more laughs when he shows up.

The Hangover Part III is supposed to be the final movie in the Hangover franchise, so let’s give Todd Phillips credit for trying to accomplish the impossible. He made one of the most successful film comedies of all time and then tried to follow it up not once, but twice. Unfortunately, that's a losing battle. You buy your ticket, go in with an open mind and hope for the best, but the best certainly didn’t happen in the second movie and it doesn’t happen here. The good news is, The Hangover Part III is better than II and contains what actually might be the funniest moment of all three films -- but you’re going to have to wait until the movie is over, literally, to find out what that is.

    • Vice President Joe Biden Makes "Jeopardy!" Cameo

Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Vice President Joe Biden made a cameo appearance on Thursday night’s episode of Jeopardy! by providing video clues to a category about the vice presidency.

“Since 1974, the official residence of the vice president has been on the grounds of this astronomical agency of the United States,” Biden said.

One of the contestants correctly answered, "What is the Naval Observatory?”

Continuing with a clue for the “Daily Double," Biden said, “The vice president is a member of the board of regents of this, ‘America’s attic.'"

The question: "What is the Smithsonian?"

Biden also recited clues about former vice presidents John Adams, John Tyler and John C. Calhoun.

This wasn’t the vice president’s first appearance on Jeopardy! Last year, Biden provided the clues for a category called “Cars in America,” which included a plug for the auto bailout -- an issue he often touched on during the campaign -- and mentioned one of his favorite cars, a Corvette.

    • Jason Sudeikis Still Unsure If He's Leaving "SNL"

ABC/Donna Svennevik(NEW YORK) -- After Bill Hader announced he wouldn't be returning to Saturday Night Live next season, all eyes turned to longtime cast member Jason Sudeikis. On Thursday's Good Morning America, the actor didn't do much to dispel rumors that he also doesn't plan to return.

"You know, you never leave SNL. It's like the mob. It never leaves you. You never leave it. And we've got a great godfather in Lorne Michaels," the 37-year-old actor said. "And whether I'll be working there or not -- I don't know.   Goodbyes are always tough," Sudeikis added after moments of stuttering.

Seth Meyers will also leave the late night sketch comedy show next year to become the new host of Late Night when Jimmy Fallon moves to The Tonight Show.

Regardless of whether Sudeikis leaves SNL, he has his upcoming nuptials to look forward to. He's set to walk down the aisle with actress Olivia Wilde, who he met on the 2011 finale of Saturday Night Live.

"We're planning to make the plans," he joked of his wedding.

Sudeikis was on GMA to discuss a very different role than what we're used to seeing him portray on SNL: his role as Bomba, a quirky professor who lives in a rundown house in the forest, in the animated movie Epic.

The film, which also stars Aziz Ansari, Amanda Seyfried, Beyonce and Steven Tyler, hits theaters Friday.

    • Jennifer Aniston Strips Down for "Millers"

Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images for Living Proof(NEW YORK) -- For years, Jennifer Aniston has been known for her fit physique and, now, she’s showing it off in a big way.

In her new movie, We’re the Millers, Aniston, 44, plays an exotic dancer alongside Jason Sudeikis, who stars as a drug dealer. In the trailer, the former Friends star shows off her moves, and strips down to her skivvies.

In an interview with InStyle UK last year, Aniston said that she stays in such great shape by working out five or six days each week, and avoiding junk food. But in spite of her killer body and great looks, the actress realizes that she’s getting older.

“You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are twenty-something, or the new crop of actresses and think, ‘Aren’t we kind of the same age?’ You lose perspective. Or being offered the part of a woman with a 17-year-old child. It’s like, ‘I’m not old enough to have a 17-year-old,’” she said.

In this movie, which will be released the summer, she plays the mother of Emma Roberts, 22, and Will Poulter, 20.

    • A Mini-"Friends" Reunion on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show"

Kevin Winter/NBCUniversal/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- It wasn't quite a Friends reunion, but it will have to do for now.

Ellen DeGeneres brought together former Friends co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Matthew Perry for a taped sketch that aired during her daytime talk show on Wednesday.

Aniston was a guest co-host of The Ellen DeGeneres Show for the day. In the taped segment, she dropped by Perry's home to seek his advice, since he once served as a guest co-host.

Perry admonished Aniston for visiting him so early in the morning. Aniston, referring to the fact that they played neighbors on Friends, shot back, "What are you talking about? We used to walk into each others’ apartments all the time. We’re friends!”

Perry replied that Friends was just a TV show. After Aniston mistakenly called Perry "David" -- as in co-star David Schwimmer -- another Friends alum, Courteney Cox, emerged from the home. She exclaimed, "Lisa?" mistaking Aniston for yet another cast member, Lisa Kudrow.

Eventually we found out Perry has been "sleeping" with Cox, his former on-screen wife. DeGeneres and DeGeneres' wife, Portia de Rossi, then sneaked out of the home.

Despite her participation in the sketch, Aniston wouldn't bite when DeGeneres tried to get her to commit to a full-fledged Friends reunion. Aniston did say, "Doing that little bit with Matty and Court yesterday was...we were very nostalgic and miss working together."

Aniston was also featured in a soap opera spoof that included de Rossi, who was a guest on the show, and Aniston's father, Days of Our Lives actor John Aniston.

    • “Dancing with the Stars” Set to Get Rid of Two Judges?

Rebecca Sapp/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- American Idol may not be the only reality show facing an overhaul of its judges' panel. Dancing with the Stars may also be in the market for a new judge or two.

The New York Post cites a "show source" who claims judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Len Goodman are "probably gone," while the third judge, Bruno Tonioli, will likely be retained.

The Post reports that pro dancer Cheryl Burke may not be back either for reasons not made clear. The newspaper further notes that Derek Hough will go on hiatus to work on a new series for the cable network Starz, and Mark Ballas is said to be eying his own reality show.

An E! News source says no decisions have been made regarding who will or will not be involved in the next season of Dancing with the Stars. The source says, "It's true no one is locked in under contract yet, but that's not necessarily unusual at this stage."

The 16th season of Dancing with the Stars ended Tuesday night with the crowning of former American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler as the show's new champion. The season finale was seen by 14.9 million viewers.

    • Golfer Under Fire for Racist Comments About Tiger Woods

David Cannon/Getty Images(LONDON) -- Pro golfer Sergio Garcia is getting skewered over what some are calling blatant racist remarks aimed at Tiger Woods.

When jokingly asked Tuesday night if he would invite woods over for dinner at an upcoming tournament, Garcia said "we will have him round every night. We will serve fried chicken."

Woods swiftly responded on Twitter, tweeting "The comment that was made wasn't silly. It was wrong, hurtful and clearly inappropriate. I'm confident that there is real regret that the remark was made."

“My answer was totally out of place,” Garcia apologized at a press conference Wednesday. Garcia said he called Woods' agent to speak directly with him, but has not gotten through as of yet. The golfer added he does intend to apologize directly at some point.

There’s no love lost between the two golf titans. They have been battling on and off the green since the late 90s. Most recently the two squared off at the Players Championship when Garcia accused Woods of distracting him on while he was taking a shot.

“Of course he’s complaining about something,” Woods responded.

This isn't the first time Woods has been the victim of a remark considered racist. At the '97 Masters another pro golfer, Fuzzy Zoeller, was asked about Wood’s record run and responded with, “say congratulations, enjoy it and tell him not to serve fried chicken next year or collard greens or whatever the hell they serve.”

Woods forgave Zoeller after he apologized.

    • Hey, Y’all, Paula Deen Museum in the Works

Michael N. Todaro/Getty Images(ALBANY, Ga.) -- Cork, Ireland, already has the butter museum.  But Albany, Ga., might soon have the next-best thing: The Paula Deen Museum.

The Albany Herald reported that the love-her-or-love-to-hate-her Southern chef’s museum would be housed in her childhood home. The venture has been led by B.J. Fletcher, an Albany businesswoman, and Deen’s former husband, Jimmy Deen.

“It just takes my breath away that folks back in Albany would consider doing something like this,” Deen told The Herald. “I’m just trying to wrap my head around this incredible honor. I would want something like this to be a symbol of hope for people looking to make their lives better.”

Paula Deen’s rep did not respond to ABC News’ request for comment.

The controversial chef found herself in a firestorm of controversy when she announced in January 2012 that she had Type 2 diabetes, a condition she had known about for some time. Critics said that touting her high-fat recipes despite her diagnosis was irresponsible.

“When your signature dish is hamburger in between a doughnut, and you’ve been cheerfully selling this stuff knowing all along that you’ve got Type 2 Diabetes, it’s in bad taste if nothing else,” Anthony Bourdain, her most outspoken critic, was quoted as saying.

(Deen really does have a recipe for a hamburger on a doughnut. Find it here. No word on whether it will have a home in the new museum.)

The plan, The Albany Herald reported, is to move Deen’s childhood home from its Whitney Avenue location to the plaza area at the Thronateeska Heritage Foundation. Museum neighbors would include the Wetherbee Planetarium, the Flint RiverQuarium, the river trail and the Art Park on Pine Avenue.

    • Helen Mirren Steps in for Queen to Grant Dying Boy’s Wish

OneLittleLifeInspiresEveryone/Facebook(LONDON) -- When a dying boy’s wish to meet Queen Elizabeth II was rejected, Helen Mirren, acting as the Queen, stepped in to have tea with the boy.

Mirren paid for 10-year-old Oliver Burton, from Leicester, England, and his parents to attend her West End show, where she plays the Queen. Afterward, she invited them backstage and had her butler serve them tea, while Oliver played with her Corgis.

“She stayed in character for the whole thing. Oliver thought she was the real Queen, and well, that’s good enough for us,” the father James Browne told the UK’s Daily Mail.

“She was really lovely. She did the whole thing — had a butler there, was dressed in costume and did it all properly for him,” Browne added.

Oliver, who was born with Down's Syndrome, is facing his third battle with cancer and, according to his father, has been given only weeks to live.

At the top of his bucket list was a visit with Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace. After his local member of Parliament wrote to Queen Elizabeth, the family was told the Queen would be unable to meet with him, according to Oliver’s Facebook page.

Then, a charity worker, who heard about Oliver’s story, approached Mirren, who was happy to fill the royal’s shoes.

Mirren even knighted the boy and “told everyone that they had to call him Sir Oliver,” his father said. “He had a brilliant day.”

    • JoAnna Garcia and Nick Swisher Welcome Baby Girl

Gregg DeGuire/WireImage(CLEVELAND) -- JoAnna Garcia and Nick Swisher are parents!

On Tuesday, the Reba actress and her husband welcomed their first child, a daughter, Garcia’s publicist confirms to ABC News. No other details were available.

The couple announced the pregnancy in November, about two years after they tied the knot in Palm Beach, Fla. A month later, Garcia, 33, and Swisher, 32, moved from New York City, where Swisher played baseball for the Yankees, to Cleveland. The Ohio native now plays right field for the Indians.

“I knew we were coming home in a sense for Nick,” Garcia told MLB.com. “And that felt really warm and lovely. And I’ve never felt so incredibly embraced and taken care of, from the organization to the incredible wives to Nick being embraced by all of his teammates. … It’s really been this theme here about family, and it couldn’t be more fitting at this special moment in our lives.”

As for Swisher, life in the clubhouse has already thrust him into protective dad mode.

“Oh, she ain’t coming in here, bro!” Swisher told the site.

“He’s already gone straight to imagining her dating,” Garcia responded. “He’s already in a panic.”

    • Funny Video: Jennifer Aniston Stars in a Mini-“Friends” Reunion

Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images for Living Proof(NEW YORK) -- Look who’s still, well, friends.

In a new promo for Wednesday’s episode of Ellen, Jennifer Aniston, who will co-host the talk show for a day, needs advice and a few “dumb jokes.” So, naturally, she decides to visit the home of her former Friends co-star Matthew Perry, who seems very confused by her visit.

“What? What are you talking about? We used to walk into each others’ apartments all the time,” she says, when he asks her to call before showing up next time. “We’re friends!”

“That was a TV show,” he responds. “We actually haven’t seen each other in a really long time. Like, eight years!”

    • "Hangover III" Star Hits Premiere with Homeless Woman

Frazer Harrison/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Zach Galifianakis turned heads when he showed up at the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie Hangover Part III this past Monday. His date was an 83-year-old woman he saved from the streets a couple of years ago.

According to the New York Daily News, when Galifianakis was an unknown comic in New York City, he used the Laundromat where Elizabeth “Mimi” Haist volunteered.  The newspaper says they became such close friends that when Zach later learned she was homeless, he got her an apartment and even paid her rent.

The Daily News says Zach has taken Mimi to premieres before, including Hangover Part II and The Campaign. He even stops by every few weeks to take her to lunch.

Hangover Part III opens nationwide May 23.

    • "Dancing with the Stars" Finale: Kellie Pickler Wins Mirror Ball Trophy

ABC/Adam Taylor(LOS ANGELES) -- Country singer Kellie Pickler and pro partner Derek Hough were crowned the winners of the 16th season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars Tuesday night.  Disney star Zendaya and partner Val Chmerkovskiy finished in second place.

Pickler, who had been a fan favorite during ten weeks of competition, reacted to the announcement by declaring, “Oh my God. This is amazing. Oh my God.”

Zendaya said after the vote that she was very proud of what she accomplished. “I’m very proud. I'm very happy and I get to leave here with an amazing experience, so I'm very happy.”

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones and partner Karina Smirnoff finished in third place.  Jones made a lighthearted comment about Smirnoff’s tough practice regimen. “Out of all my trainings that I've had, I've never had a woman push me like she did," he said.

Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and partner Mark Ballas were eliminated in the first hour of Tuesday’s season finale results show, ending the competition in fourth place.

Raisman told the audience, “This has been the best experience of my life. Thank you, Dancing with the Stars. It's been so amazing.”

Pickler, Zendaya and Jones and their respective partners had to compete in one final “instant dance” routine Tuesday before the winner was declared.  Those scores were added to the judges' scores for both nights.

      Instant Dance Routines:

Jacoby Jones: The NFL star’s salsa earned uniform praise from judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. Goodman told Jones he had a “naturalness” about his dance, and was full of fun and vitality. Tonioli said Jones had charisma and showmanship, adding, "I could watch you anytime." Inaba told Jones, “You are a champion. That was the dance of a champion.”  Jones earned a perfect score of 30 points, giving him a two-night judges' total of 86 out of 100 points.

Kellie Pickler: Tonioli told the country singer her jive had accuracy, precision and technique, and compared her to Julianne Hough, a former DWTS pro who is now a recording artist and actress. Inaba told Pickler that she and her partner, Derek Hough, were "like a bright ray of sunshine." Goodman offered one of his trademark quips: "You're always clean, you're precise, you're sharp, your dancing is always polished. I'm telling you, Kellie, you're the bee's knees, my mama's pajamas, my uncle's carbuncles. You're awesome.” Pickler earned 30 points, giving her a two-night judges' total of 94 points.

Zendaya: The Disney star's jive won rave reviews from the judges. Inaba told her she made every dance special, and Goodman added that, for a 16-year-old, she danced with precision and maturity and always turned in a performance, rather than just a routine. Added Tonioli: “For somebody so young you have pitch-perfect performer instinct.” Zendaya earned 30 points, for a two-night judges' total of 95 points.

When all the points were tabulated, Pickler was the star with the highest combined tally of judges' scores and viewers' votes.

Of the four finalists, Zendaya was considered the most technically accomplished, and was the early standout. She was the youngest competitor in the show's history, and her performances consistently put her at or near the top of the leader board. She earned the first perfect score of the season.

Pickler was perhaps the most surprising contestant of the pack. She seemed to get better week after week, and she, too, was consistently at or near the top of the leader board during the competition. Her moving contemporary freestyle routine Monday night brought Inaba to tears and earned her a rare standing ovation from Goodman. The judges requested that routine as Tuesday’s encore performance.

Jones' flair and showmanship gave him staying power even when his routines were less than perfect.  He improved during the course of the season, making up for technical flaws with energetic, crowd-pleasing performances.

Raisman turned in physically demanding routines that capitalized on her gymnastic skills, but the judges also said she'd shown remarkable development of her dance abilities.

Tuesday’s finale also included musical performances by Pitbull, PSY and Wynonna, who was eliminated from the show earlier this season.

There were also dance performances from the rest of the season 16 cast.  General Hospital star Ingo Rademacher was voted off the show last week. He was preceded by “Bachelor” Sean Lowe, comedian Andy Dick, boxer Victor Ortiz, comedian D.L. Hughley, Wynonna and reality TV star Lisa Vanderpump.  An injury forced figure skating legend Dorothy Hamill to withdraw from the competition in the second week.

Dancing with the Stars returns to ABC in the fall as a one-night event.

CBS received a boost from its Super Bowl telecast, which drew 108.7 million viewers in February, though it would've topped the other networks for the season even without the help of the NFL's championship game.

This is the 10th time in 11 seasons that CBS was the most-watched network.  It also claimed its first victory in 21 years in the advertiser-coveted 18- to 49-year-old demographic.

For the week ending Sunday, the CBS drama NCIS was the highest-rated program, with an audience of 18.8 million people.

The season finale of the Fox singing competition American Idol, won by Candice Glover, finished in third place for the week, with 14.3 million viewers.

CBS was the most-watched network for the week, followed by ABC, Fox, NBC, Univision, Telemundo, the CW and ION Television.

Here are the top 10 primetime programs for the week of May 13-19, according to the Nielsen Company:

      1. NCIS, CBS, 18.79 million.
      2. The Big Bang Theory, CBS, 15.48 million.

    • Lindsay Lohan Sued for $5M over Clothing Line

Jonathan Leibson/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- The company that Lindsay Lohan sued earlier this year is firing back against the actress, claiming that she tarnished the brand due to her bad reputation.

In legal documents obtained by E! News, D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries is suing Lohan for $5 million for breach-of-contract.

The clothing company claims that despite initial success in department stores, the 27-year-old's fashionable leggings failed to appeal to buyers who "did not want to be associated with Lohan's drug-addled image."

The suit, which was filed last Friday, also claims that starting in 2011 "no one would touch the line."

Previously, the Mean Girls star sued D.N.A.M., claiming in her lawsuit that she and her partner did not receive the full amount in royalties they are owed from their agreement with the company.  They are seeking more than $1.1 million in damages.

Lohan is currently checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., for a mandatory 90-day stint in connection with her car crash case.

    • Why Brad Pitt Tries to Avoid ‘Sexy Scenes’ Without Angelina Jolie

Christopher Polk/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Brad Pitt is engaged to one of the world’s most beautiful women, actress Angelina Jolie – and since they met in 2004, he’s tried to avoid doing “sexy scenes” with anyone else, says his friend, Frank Pollaro.

“He’s crazy about her and she’s the same way about him,” Pollaro, Pitt’s furniture business partner, told Esquire for its June issue. “Once I walked in and Angie was standing there and Zahara walked up and said, ‘Daddy, you’re not going to start making out with Mommy again, are you?’ And it’s like that.”

But recently, the couple has had to withstand a lot. Jolie, 37, revealed last week that she had a preventative double mastectomy after learning that she was genetically predisposed to breast cancer, and her doctor added that Pitt, with whom Jolie is raising six children, was by her side for every procedure.

For Pitt, that decision was obvious. In Esquire, which hits newsstands May 31, the World War Z star, 49, said that his family is his priority.

“I always thought that if I wanted to do a family, I wanted to do it big. I wanted there to be chaos in the house,” he said. “There’s constant chatter in our house, whether it’s giggling or screaming or crying or banging. I love it. I love it. I love it.”

“I hate when they’re gone,” he added. “I hate it. Maybe it’s nice to be in a hotel room for a day -- ‘Oh, nice, I can finally read a paper.’  But then, by the next day, I miss that cacophony, all that life.”

That life was a long time coming. Pitt admitted in the magazine that in the years prior to meeting Jolie, he was a “drifter” who “did too much...drug damage.”

“But then I got burnt out and felt that I was wasting my opportunity.  It was a conscious change,” he said. “This was about a decade ago.  It was an epiphany – a decision not to squander my opportunities.  It was a feeling of get up.  Because otherwise, what’s the point?”

    • "Dancing" Champ Melissa Rycroft: The One Thing Tuesday's "DWTS" Winner Will Need

Slaven Vlasic/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Last winter, reality show veteran Melissa Rycroft and her partner, Tony Dovolani, won Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars, and she’s got some advice for this season's finalists: Invest in comfortable footwear.

“My feet are still rebelling about high heels,” she told ABC News with a laugh. “I was wearing, like, five-inchers and I’m working my way up. I had a herniated disk in my neck this time. At the ripe old age of 30 my body was falling apart. I’m so not jealous [of the competitors tonight]. I don’t want to be back out there.”

In spite of her (literally) scarring experience on Dancing with the Stars, Rycroft, who also was on The Bachelor, has been watching this season. As far as she’s concerned, there’s no clear winner, at this point.

“I said from day one it’s Kellie [Pickler]‘s trophy, and I still think it’s Kellie’s trophy, but I would love to see, like, Aly [Raisman] come in there and sneak it,” she said, adding that she’s “a huge Jacoby [Jones] fan.”

“They’re all phenomenal,” she said. “I’m glad I didn’t have to go up against any of them.”

Now a spokeswoman for Banana Boat’s Unconditional Fun Sweepstakes, Rycroft has begun to think about her own summer plans, which include spending time at her parents’ beach house and going to Europe with her husband, Tye Strickland, and their 2-year-old, Ava.

One thing not on the agenda just yet? Baby No. 2.

“We’ve always talked that we want a big family, but I look at Ava and go, ‘I’m not ready to share her yet,’” Rycroft said. “It’ll happen eventually.”

CHRISTOF STACHE/AFP/Getty Images(MUNICH) -- Justin Bieber's abandoned pet monkey is now German property.

For nearly two months customs officials in Germany had been asking Bieber to pick up his capuchin monkey, named Mally.

Bieber had brought Mally with him on tour, but reportedly didn't have the proper paperwork to take the monkey with him on the road in Germany and was forced to leave it behind.

The German animal shelter that has been keeping Bieber's monkey has asked the singer to pay for his pet's two-month stay. Mally has reportedly racked up a bill of several thousand euros for food, housing and veterinary care.

Bieber has six weeks to contest ownership.

Chelsea Lauren/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Maria Shriver filed for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger back in 2011, but the couple, who had been married for 25 years, never finalized the paperwork.

TMZ is reporting there could be two reasons for this: "either they're so rich it doesn't matter," or they're getting back together again -- despite the Terminator star having secretly fathered a child with their longtime former nanny.

The gossip site reports friends of the former power couple say they've been getting "mixed messages" from the pair about whether or not they'll finally pull the trigger or reconcile. TMZ reports that unlike contentious splits, the pair have already decided to split their reported $400 million fortune down the middle.
