Under the leadership of the Executive Director, Rochelle Bell, Inspire International CDC, continues to give hope to families facing dire economic challenges through "project love". Each client we service is done with compassion and love.
Ms. Bell holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Bachelor in Community Economic Development from Beulah Heights University. Rochelle initially started her professional career with a nonprofit organization that specialized in rehabilitative services for women that were involved in the sex industry. Due to the quality of service and compassion she exhibited as case manager, the United Way of Greater Atlanta offered her a position as a Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) Case Manager. In that role, she assisted homeless veterans with housing referrals. She was then promoted to the Voucher Program in which she helped homeless families locate affordable and safe housing options. This program also provided impoverished families with utility and rental housing deposit funding. It is in these various roles that she developed a deep connection and yearning to help families who are economically and socially displaced. At that moment, the idea for an organization like Inspire International CDC, Inc. was created.
